about NCETC 2008

Conference Registration Costs
The General Conference Registration Fee is $175 per person. The Full Conference Registration Fee including the Thursday Luncheon & Keynote is $200. Add an additional $25 to your registration fee if your payment is to be received after November 15, 2008. After November 26, you can only register onsite at the convention center.

NCETC will offer a convenient and quick lunch opportunity on Wednesday
(not Thursday) for approximately $15 (a box lunch comprised of a sandwich, chips, apple, brownie and beverage).

Registration information will automatically be mailed to all schools and to all
2007 participants. To receive registration information you must submit your request on the "Add Me To The Mailing List" page on this website.

Workshop Information & Registration
Workshops will be an additional cost ranging from $100 to $300, depending upon the workshop and the instructor. Workshop listings and descriptions will be available online by October 15, 2008 if not earlier.

Hotel Information
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Sheraton Hotel Greensboro at Four Seasons at a special conference rate of $115 per night, for a single, double or triple room. Make a reservation by calling (800)242-6556 and identify yourself as a participant at NCETC 2008. Accommodations must be guaranteed by credit card or a check in the amount of one night's lodging mailed to: Hotel Reservations, Sheraton Greensboro Hotel at
Four Seasons, 3121 High Point Rd. @ I-40, Greensboro, NC 27407.

Exhibitor Information
If you would like to exhibit at NCETC 2008, please check this web site
for current information. Registered exhibitors with NCETC 2008 are
given the opportunity to submit a presentation proposal for the
conference program. However, exhibitors are required to adhere to guidelines and deadlines for submission.

NCETC 2008 Call for Presentations and Workshops
The Call For Proposals for NCETC 2008 is available on this site until the stated deadline. There are specific guidelines that must be followed for submission and deadlines are firm. Each submission will be read and evaluated by the NCETC Program Review Committee. The following criteria will be used by the committee:

—Interest to conference attendees;
—Content and quality of proposal;
—Topic areas and intended audience.

Emailed letters indicating the acceptance status of workshop proposals will be sent in late September. Emailed letters indicating the acceptance status of concurrent session proposals will be sent in mid-October.
